Noelle is a multi-award winning writer whose plays, radio scripts, libretti, spoken word and open texts, essays, and on-line explorations have been performed, broadcast and published throughout Australia and overseas. The recipient of 4 AWGIE Awards for radio writing, her play Songket won the 2002 Griffin Playwriting Award and the 2001 Playbox Asialink Playwriting Competition. More recently Mrs Petrov's Shoe won the 2006 Queensland Premier's Literary Award. In 2007 Noelle's wrote This Territory for atyp, premiering at the Sydney Opera House.
