atyp’s Fresh Ink program

• Participants in the Fresh Ink program must be under the age of 26.
• Only unpublished writers can participate in stages 2, 3 & 4 of the Fresh Ink program (see site for descriptors)
• All scripts submitted to the Fresh Ink program must be original and not plagiarised from other sources.
• atyp reserves the right to make archival photographic and/or visual recordings for inclusion in atyp’s archives and for use in atyp marketing publication
• Scripts developed through the Fresh Ink program and contracted for performance by atyp remain the property of atyp until the conclusion of that production season.
• As atyp tutors are professional artists we reserve the right to make last minute substitutions
• All participants in must follow safety instructions as we do not accept liability for personal injury
• atyp reserves the right to exclude anyone in our programs who poses a disciplinary problem to our tutors/staff/other participants
